Hummus

2 cups drained chickpeas
1/2 cup tahini
2 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp cumin or smoked paprika
S & P
Juice from 1 lemon

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Add more liquid if needed.
